Before you use this. Breath holding can make you faint. Never in or near water, never while driving, and always sitting or lying down. Read the safety guidance.

Normal breathing — no hyperventilation — then a comfortable hold, repeated with less recovery each round. It trains tolerance of the urge to breathe rather than maximum hold time, which is the point: the urge is the thing you are learning to sit with.

Never do this in or near water, and never while driving. Sit or lie down somewhere you cannot fall. Breath holding can make you faint, and a hold that feels comfortable is not evidence that it is safe.

ALISI runs this and five other techniques offline, with haptics so you can close your eyes, and keeps a record of what you have done.
