Delete your Alisi account

Profile → Account → Delete account. Confirm, and it is done.

Email privacy@tryalisi.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. You do not need to explain why. We will confirm when it is done, within 30 days and usually much sooner.

• Your account and sign-in identifiers.
• Your session history, including breath-hold times.
• Your check-in answers.
• Your programme progress and favourites.

Deletion is permanent. There is no deactivated state and we cannot restore an account afterwards.

It does not cancel your subscription. Apple and Google control billing, so you must cancel in your App Store or Google Play account or you will continue to be charged.

It also does not touch anything held only on your own device, including your health screening answers — we never had those. Deleting the app removes them.

We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as proof of a purchase for tax purposes, for as long as the law requires and no longer.
